By now you’ve probably seen the script reel that features George Clooneys “The Interview” spoof, where he talks to his character, a hacker named “The Great Dane,” and the title of the film.
The film opens with Clooney saying that his character was in prison and now that he has a chance to make a life for himself, he wants to do what he does best: kill.
Clooney then cuts to a shot of him and his two best friends, Jake (Sam Rockwell) and Paul (Paul Giamatti), sitting in a car outside the prison.
Then, in a shot that you might recognize as one of the scenes in the script, we see Paul in a prison cell talking with a fellow inmate named “Tiggy,” who says he wants Paul to kill himself.
He then says to his friend Jake, “You’ll never make it out alive.”
And then we see Jake standing in front of a window in his cell, surrounded by the film crew.
It’s a scene that sounds like it could have been shot by a young James Bond or some kind of Hollywood action film set in prison.
It sounds like Clooney could have used this to make an instant $300 million hit.
But instead, he just gave a great example of what you can expect from a “Clooney script.”
If you look at his previous movies, like his most recent, “The Fifth Estate,” you will notice that he is more concerned with acting than directing.
That’s partly because he’s not directing any movies anymore, but also because he has the benefit of a lot of great writers who are still working on scripts and working on them for him.
But what really sets “The Last Laugh” apart from other recent “Clobber” scripts is how Clooney is directing the story.
In fact, it’s really a script about a character that Clooney has written himself, one that was written specifically for him and that he would love to work on.
Clooney is not a director by trade, but he does have a pretty strong knack for telling stories.
His first film, “Moonlight,” was actually directed by “The Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson.
And then in 2014, Clooney co-wrote the screenplay for the first “Harry Potter” film, based on the book series by J.K. Rowling.
Cloones writing skills are impressive, but it’s the script he’s telling in “The First” that really stands out.
It has the kind of narrative structure that’s unique to a movie like this, and it’s also an action-packed, funny movie that really gets the humor going.
It also has a sense of urgency that’s unlike anything else out there.
When Clooney talks about his love of movies and what he wants his next project to be, he really means it.
“The first movie I ever saw with my dad was ‘The Lord Of The Rings,'” Clooney says.
“I remember sitting in the theater and watching the movie, and then I was like, ‘This is my next one.’
It was a big inspiration to me.”
It was the same thing with “The Second” and “The Sixth Sense.”
When he first saw the first one, Cloones son asked him, “Daddy, can I watch the movie?”
Clooney said, “Absolutely.”
The kid was hooked, and he’s been hooked ever since.
And Clooney and his wife, Rose McGowan, also made a “The Hangover” sequel called “The End.”
And they had a fun time with it, too.
Cloonies next project is set to premiere on March 23, 2019.
So he is on track to be back in front-of-the-camera mode for his own big screen movie, even if it’s a very different kind of movie.
It will be the first time Clooney directs another movie since 2012’s “Pitch Perfect,” and it will be his first feature film in years.
It’ll also be his third “Clobo” movie, after “The Seventh” and now “The Fourth.”
It’s been more than 20 years since Clooney made his directorial debut with the critically-acclaimed “Titanic,” and he hasn’t directed another movie for the last 10 years.
But now he’s back to directing his own movies, and for the very first time, he’s directing himself.
That might be a little surprising, given the many reasons why he wants out of Hollywood.
In an interview with The Wrap, Clooneres said, In a way, I feel like I’m leaving Hollywood because of this movie.
And so that’s the reason I’m not doing it anymore.
“Tomb Raider” is out on March 17, 2019, and is directed by Colin Trevorrow.
“Star Trek Beyond” is scheduled for March 25, 2019; the final “Star Wars” movie will be released on Dec. 18, 2019 — the day
